Located south of Boston, Fancy Fleece Alpacas believes that variety is the spice of life. We raise both huacaya and suri alpacas, including a variety of colors and countries of origin. All of our alpacas are ARI registered.
Small by design, we enjoy spending time with these gentle animals and knowing each of our alpacas intimately. We can offer personal attention and support to new breeders.
Marcia has participated in a 2 day CAMELIDynamics clinic with Marty McGee Bennett, and will work with new owners to understand safe and effective alpaca handling. We have also trained with Bill Watkins, and do all of our own shearing.
In addition to raising these captivating animals, Marcia also spins, weaves and knits with the luxurious fiber. Her specialty is one-of-a-kind handwoven scarves.
