• Member to fill out name and AFCNA member number
• Label each box with number of total number
• Example - Box 1 of 1 or Box 12 of 200

Carrier recommendation:

• Please use Campus Ship, the AFCNA negotiated program with UPS, or any other company including US Postal Service that provides a delivery confirmation to shipper
• Receipt postcards have been discontinued
