What does "The email does not exist on this site" mean?

If you see the message, "The email 'abc@example.com' does not exist on this site" when trying to recover your user name, it means that you are entering an email other than what we have on record for you.

You may try one of the following to correct the problem:

  1. If it is possible that you have a different email address on record, and you still have use of that email, go ahead and try it.
  2. If #1 does not work, you will need to contact staff or the webmaster.

What is this "Incorrect username or password" message?

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. "ImaUser" is not the same as "imauser"or "imaUser", etc. "TqBf7734" is not the same as "tqbf77343".

  1. Check to make sure that your "cap lock" key is not on.
  2. Be sure to enter your password or username exactly as provided.

If the above fails, you should use the steps to recover you username and password.  Your recovered password will be a random combination of letters and numbers. You can cut and paste the password and username to gain access to the member area where you can change them to something more memorable if so desired.
