How to Join AFCNA

• Read over AFCNA Bylaws.
• Use your browser to print copies of the Stock Subscription Offer and the Membership and Marketing Agreement.
• Read over, then fill in the information on both forms and sign them.

Mail your signed Stock Subscription Offer, your signed Membership and Marketing Agreement, and a check for $250 made payable to AFCNA to the address below:

After your application has been processed, you will receive your Stock Certificate together with a copy of your fully executed Membership agreement. If you have any questions about membership, please contact:
